Summit USA: HO Scale Modern Building Kits sind nun auch als Fertigmodelle erhältlich. Diese werden von einem Profi-Modellbauer in den USA im Auftrag von Summit zusammengebaut, gespritzt und beschriftet. Deshalb sind diese Häuser auch nicht billig, aber die gute Alternative zum Kit, der doch sehr aufwendig ist. Die Lieferfrist beträgt ca. 8-10 Wochen.
