We are aware, SP's 2-8-8-4, AC-9 Locos did never ever
have a red boiler and a yellow smoke box. This paint scheme was inspired by
the SP/SF Merger "Kodak" livery. This proposed merger did actually never
happen. But on the other hand, this
one-of-a-kind paint scheme looks outstanding and it will be an eyecatcher on
a layout full of black locos. This excellent paint job was done by Rail Services, Switzerland. |
