This Cadillac SRX did replace my 1995 Cadillac
Seville STS. Exterior color = Diamond white, Interior = Natural shale
(beige). In September 2014 the time has come to convert this Cadillac from the standard factory look into a one-of-a-kind customized vehicle. |

Well, to be honest my dream was always to
have a customized car made by Chip Foose. Because of living overseas
(Switzerland) it would have been not easy. On top, any modification on a car
would be very hard to get an approval of the Swiss DMV. Therefore, I had to
find a way to fulfil my dream. I got a lot of strong inspiration of the
outstanding designs Chip Foose made in the past. I always liked the two
tone/color concept of Chip Foose. As the color of my SRX is diamond white
(pearl white), I decided to add gold metallic. (Remember, the '69 Hurst
Oldsmobile 442 was also white with gold.) On both sides there are plastic
panels below and the bumpers (front & rear) are plastic as well. So, I was
able to use the upper end of the panels as the dividing line. In front was
also a dividing line to follow and it even went vertical, following the
vertical lights. At the rear I was able to follow the bumper. That way I got
my own design which looks logical. Even it is actually a "Meer Design", to
honor the great inspiration of Chip Foose, I added "Foose Design" stickers
on my car. Please note: The copyright belongs to Chip Foose of Huntington Beach, CA (USA). Official website of Foose Design Inc: https://www.chipfoose.com/ The gold was done thru a professional car wrapping company (iNDi Graphics). I did the spokes of the wheels on my own. The hood grill was air brushed by a professional car painter (Giorgio De Filippis) matching the gold wrapping. I am now the proud owner of customized Cadillac SRX. |

| Making of the wheels: I made patterns out of cardboard to cut the foil in the correct radius for every spoke. |

Making of the wheels: It is not perfect but
acceptable for a non professional. Now, the look of the wheels are corresponding with the rest of the car. |

| First step: The lower part was wrapped in gold by iNDi Graphics. In addition, they made new trainmaster.ch lettering in front with gold and at the rear in pearl white, plus pin striping in gold on door handle height on both sides. |

| I am very pleased with the excellent work of Daniel Friedli. He did all gold wrapping on both sides and front and rear incl. trainmaster.ch lettering. He did also the pin striping passing the door handles on both sides. I sure recommend his company iNDi Graphics. |
